Malaysian Airlines flight rerouted to Bali for childbirth

Malaysian Airlines has made the news again: Malaysian Airlines MAS 135 was on its way from KL to Brisbane this afternoon when a passenger went into labor, according to Detik News. 

The pilot took action and reportedly diverted the flight to Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport at 2:10 pm today. Upon landing, the poor woman, ready to give childbirth, was greeted by an ambulance and rushed to the hospital. At least she’ll end up with a really good labor story to pull out at cocktail parties.
